Contact form

Name, email, message and, if you provide them, phone, website and the service you're interested in. Purpose: replying to your request and preparing the review. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)); if you ask for a quote, also steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b)).

IP address (serving the site)

Netlify, our hosting provider, receives your IP address to deliver the page, like any web server. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the website working and secure (art. 6(1)(f)).

IP address (suggesting a version)

When the page loads, a Netlify function on the nearest server (“edge”) derives only your country from your IP address, to suggest the right version of the site (Spain or international). Elevance doesn't store your IP address or your country; the function returns the country code to your browser and ends. Legal basis: legitimate interest in showing you the prices and terms for your market (art. 6(1)(f)). It never redirects you or changes the content: it only shows a notice you can dismiss.

We don't use your data for advertising, don't build profiles and don't make automated decisions about you.

In the form, your name, email, message and the privacy box are required: without them we can't reply. Phone, website and service are optional.

We don't share your data with third parties unless required by law. These providers process it on Elevance's behalf, as processors:

• Netlify, Inc. (USA): website hosting, content delivery network, form handling and server functions.
• Hostinger: provider of the info@elevance.es mailbox, where form notifications arrive. [PENDIENTE: confirm which Hostinger entity provides the service and where the data is stored]

Netlify, Inc. is based in the United States. According to its privacy policy, it is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision, and it also uses the standard contractual clauses of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 for other transfers.

Contact details: as long as needed to handle your request and at most 12 months after our last contact. If you become a client, for the duration of the relationship and then as long as legal (for example, tax) obligations require.

The IP address used to suggest a version isn't stored: it's used on the spot and discarded. The hosting provider's technical logs follow its own policy. [PENDIENTE: confirm Netlify's log retention period]

You can ask for access to your data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing and ask for portability, by emailing info@elevance.es.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before.

If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es, or to the data protection authority where you live or work (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). REVISAR CON ABOGADO/DPO.
